Nusajaya
Iskandar Puteri
Iskandar Puteri is a newly developed planned city in Johor Bahru District, Johor, Malaysia. The area used to be known as Nusajaya. On 1 January 2016, itwas renamed to Iskandar Puteri. Iskandar Puteri houses Kota Iskandar, the administrative center for the government of Johor State. It houses the Johor State Legislative Assembly and Johor Chief Minister's Office.
Puteri Harbour
The area used to be known as Nusajaya. On 1 January 2016, it was renamed to Iskandar Puteri. Puteri Harbour is a marina development that spans 687 acres (2.8 km²) on the
Straits of Johor. Puteri Harbour Johor is the place to go for a day or two with
your family if you have yet to set foot here. Family with small children will
find the family theme park a good place to have fun. This harbour is facing
Straits of Johor and you can see Singapore from here. It is part of Iskandar
new growth area of Johor. Legoland is also about 10-15 minutes drive away.
Forest City
Forest City
real estate development in Gelang Patah, to be graced by Malaysia Prime
Minister Najib Razak and Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Ismail. Forest City is
expected to create more than 220,000 jobs for the locals by the year 2035,
through
involvement in the eight industry, such as education, health care and tourism.
Forest City is also characterised by its environment-friendly concept that
will be built on four man-made islands with an area of 1,400 hectares, over
9 phases for a period of 20 years, set to be one of the largest real
estate development projects in Asia in terms of the number of property units to
be developed.
